2. Description of Service & AI Disclaimer

TextAditor provides AI-powered text editing, generation, and visual analysis tools using advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), specifically Google Gemini API.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password/auth credentials used to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that abuse the system (e.g., multiple accounts to bypass limits, automated scraping).

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable national or international law.
• Is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or promotes violence.
• Attempts to reverse engineer the AI models or the application code.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are processed securely by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Once a subscription is activated, these resources are instantly available and incur irrevocable costs on our end; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for 'change of mind' or partial usage.
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: The Service, its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TextAditor and its licensors.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text and images you upload and the content generated by the AI for you. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TextAditor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
